how do we know which buses will have bikes racks and which ones wont?thanks :Djade
I've heard that the entire fleet will have the racks on by the end of Sept. (except for some buses which are of a design that can't take the racks without obscuring the lights)You could check with the HSR (there's a link on this blog to their site)
